Added value provided by Deventer
The raw material and functional areas are perfectly tailored to the requirements of the specific installation situation and to the frame geometry and raw material for every sealing profile. This is why Deventer seals offer exceptionally tight sealing against driving rain, moisture, air currents and noise.
Alongside standard solutions for common installation situations, we also develop customised seal solutions. Our in-house test laboratory – validated in accordance with QM 338 by ift Rosenheim – ensures a consistently high standard of quality and correct classification of Deventer seals according to EN 12365-1 to 4.
Expectations regarding closing pressure differ depending on regional or cultural preferences. This is why Deventer often offers two different versions for the same installation situation on the European market: one sealing profile with gentle closing pressure and another one which requires noticeably more force to operate.

Ultra-pure raw material granules make it possible to recycle manufacturing waste many times over – the recycling quote is around 80%. This reduces the use of raw materials and energy and protects the environment without impacting the outstanding product quality of Deventer seals.
Each year, high-performance extrusion lines process 4000 tonnes of raw materials in the form of granules to produce more than 4500 km of sealing profiles with over 300 different profile geometries in more than 20 colours. We monitor the entire production process so we can guarantee that Deventer seals will be available on time.
Since 2022, the impressive Roto Frank logistics centre in Leinfelden has been the central delivery warehouse for Deventer seals throughout the whole of Europe. The inventory holding of three to four million running metres ensures products are available quickly – this is how Deventer seals are sent promptly and reliably to you.
